Ashton Gate Stadium is a unique sports and entertainment business with the core aim of providing integral support services to ensure the sustainability of Stephen Lansdown’s sporting group of companies which includes Bristol Sport, Bristol City, Bristol Bears, Bristol Flyers Basketball, and each of their respective community charities.

It goes without saying you will have a strong background in customer service and hospitality, with a passion for creating a collaborative environment for the guests and your team.

What you’ll be doing / a day in the life:

֍ Meet and greet all guests with an enthusiastic welcome, show them to their table and offer informative information about their menu

֍ Help guests with their orders and respond to all requests ensuring there is always a fun and supportive environment

֍ Interacting with guests in a sensitive and appropriate manner

֍ Use the EPOS to process guest food and drink orders

֍ Always follow Stadium operational standards, Food safety standards, and Health and safety procedures

What we are offering/our benefits:

Role: Waiting Staff (Casual)

Hours / Contract: Casual - Match days & Events

Salary: £9.59 per hour (£10.75 including holiday pay)

Training: There will be training provided to help you be confident as part of the team.

Location: Ashton Gate. Ashton Gate Stadium, Ashton Road Bristol BS3 2EJ
