Job description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deal with all telephone queries from clients or suppliers
- Order any materials required for the site
- Manage invoice and petty cash
- Assist in the generation of management reports
- Organise incoming and outgoing post daily
- Ad hoc duty assigned by managers
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Able to work from home or remote work
- An ability to work under pressure
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
- A reliable and flexible approach to work
- A willingness to learn
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficient in Microsoft
- Welcome fresh graduate
