Job description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deal with all telephone queries from clients or suppliers
  • Order any materials required for the site
  • Manage invoice and petty cash
  • Assist in the generation of management reports
  • Organise incoming and outgoing post daily
  • Ad hoc duty assigned by managers

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Able to work from home or remote work
  • An ability to work under pressure
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • A reliable and flexible approach to work
  • A willingness to learn
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proficient in Microsoft
  • Welcome fresh graduate
