Job description
You must be able & willing to work early mornings (from 7am) and late nights (until 3am)* with suitable means of transport to and from the hotel for this role.
*All employees under 18 latest finish time is 11pm as per Young Workers Legislation.
Western House Hotel at Ayr Racecourse are currently recruiting for Waiting Staff & Bar Staff of all experience levels. The hotel comprises of 49 bedrooms, The Jockey Club Restaurant & extensive conference & banqueting facilities. We are a multi-award winning, 4-Star hotel that is a very popular wedding venue and is well established within the local community. In fact - we won Scotland's Best Wedding Venue 2023 at Prestige Awards 2023.
We are looking for people that have passion for working in a fast paced & high quality hospitality environment and take pride in what they do. You should enjoy exceeding guest expectations through excellent customer service.
No experience = No worries! We shall provide you with all the training and support that you require. This role is suitable to work round existing Study or Work Commitments. We have a variety of shift patterns available to suit.

Rate of Pay;
£7.49 16 & 17 Year Old's
£10.42 to all staff over 18
