Responsibilities:
- To assist with the set-up of the restaurant and service areas prior to service according to Ping Pong standards
- To partake the subsequent handover and closing duties
- To be present at the pre-service briefing and be in constant communication with the kitchen and bar team
- To ensure the guest tables are cleaned and relayed in a quick and efficient manner
- To deliver drinks and food in a timely manner
- To take drink& food orders, also recommend and suggest the right product based on customer’s preference
- To provide excellent customer service consistently
- To be attentive to each customers queries and feedbacks on a regular basis
- To deal effectively and courteously with customer complaints and and if needed, communicate this feedback to the manager on duty.
