Job description

Your role is to ensure the restaurant front of house maintains consistently high levels of customer service. The Waiter/Waitress is responsible for supporting the Managers and Head Waiter/Waitress, attending staff training, answering the telephone, taking reservations, taking orders, serving food and drinks in a professional manner, operating the till, and maintaining all expected cleanliness standards. Kitchen staff and suppliers should be co-ordinated and strong communication lines should exist between all members of the team.
