Full time – 37.5 hours/week

Role Overview
Reporting to the Service Team Manager, you will be working as a member of the Customer Support team and will be ensuring that all customer updates are processed accurately and within service level adhering to local quality and operational metrics.
What you’ll do:
  • Maintain all group and Bupa Members records by updating relevant systems, ensuring all areas of the business are able to view the necessary information
  • Complete and assist colleagues in the resolution of all group and member queries including those of our outsourced partners
  • Develop and maintain an up to date and accurate knowledge of appropriate Bua products, policies and initiatives to make sure that all queries are answered accurately
  • Undertake ad-hoc projects and other responsibilities to enhance service to all customers both internal and external
  • Ensure that any complaints received regarding membership are logged onto the complaints management system, investigated and resolved.
  • What you’ll bring:
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Strong personal and professional drive with a willingness to learn
  • Good analytical problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
  • The ability to adapt to changing priorities and deliverables
  • Good IT skills including all aspects of Microsoft Office including Microsoft Excel
