We are currently looking for Waiting Staff to join our dedicated team within our Courtyard Bar & dining space at Lime Wood Hotel, Hampshire.
Our Courtyard Bar & Dining service at Lime Wood offers both our lunch and dinner bar menu and the Main Restaurant – Hartnett Holder & Co dishes in a relaxed and information setting. Many of our guests choose our Courtyard to kick-start their day with a hearty breakfast or relax with friends and family over afternoon treats, dinner, or drinks. Centred in the heart of the hotel, our Courtyard Bar has a retractable ceiling providing both an al-fresco feel in the summer and a cosy, personal dining experience within the winter.

About the role:
As a member of our food & beverage team, you will be essential to the day to day running of the Courtyard. On a day-to-day basis your duties will include, but not limited to:
- Maintaining high standards of customer service within the Courtyard Bar.
- Provide a warm welcome to guests.
- Work closely with our Main Restaurant, linking guests with both dining areas.
- Ensure all food handling and safety measures are met and compliant.
- Express passion towards working with fresh, quality ingredients.
- Always keep work areas clean and presentable.
- Maintain stock and replenish as/when required.
Previous experience within a similar role is beneficial but not essential. Full training will be provided.
