Located between London’s iconic Piccadilly Circus, Trafalgar Square and Covent Garden. Fallow produces some of London’s most sustainable, innovative and simply tasty food working with the best British produce.
We are now looking for a vibrant and motivated person to join the amazing team at Fallow. Growing on the success of 2020/21, being awarded a Michelin Bib Gourmand, Hot Dinner’s ‘Best New Restaurant’ and Head Chef’s Jack Croft and Will Murray being in Code Hospitality’s top 30 under 30, Fallow will be taking on a hugely anticipated opening soon.

Your Role
