What you will do as a Waiter/ess – Room Service
- Knowledge of all food and beverage items in the menu
- To monitor operating supplies and reduce spoilage and wastage.
- Assisting guest’s during their stay and handling guest complaints
- Maximizing revenue opportunities through up selling
- Providing all required information about the hotel, available services and facilities.
- To report for duty punctually wearing the correct uniform and name badge.
- To maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene and adhere to the hotel and department grooming standards.
- To provide friendly, courteous and professional service at all times.
