An opportunity has arisen for a knowledgeable and experienced floor person to work within our busy and vibrant multifaceted venue in the centre of the city.In this role you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers enjoy their time in the restaurant and receive a high level of customer service. Duties Include:
Welcoming customers to the restaurant in a lively and vibrant manner
suggestions, working as a team and adapt to the company standards, the main duties will be bringing the meats in skewers from the BBQ to the table, and carvery it in-front of customer careful to avoid accidents.
Training will be providing to make sure you will be available to serve customers to a high levels.
Attending to customer needs during their time in the restaurant.
Setting up the restaurant for service, clearing down and cleaning after service and carrying out all associated tasks.
The successful candidate will need to be flexible in their attitude to work and be able to work on a rota basis .They will need to be well groomed with excellent customer care skills including good communication skills and have an eye for detail. Candidates will need a wide range of previous waiter/ess experience including knowledge of cocktails, spirits and wines.Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20-35 per week
Salary: £10.42-£10.50 per hour
