Job description
Vesta is looking for an enthusiastic Bartender to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced and passionate bartender, with knowledge in cocktails and spirits.
Key responsibilities
- Sets up tables and buffets, serve guests in accordance with the established standards and guest requests within the department deployed within
- Ensures guest bills are correctly priced, well presented, appropriately signed or paid, and returned to the cashier
- Supporting, training and acting as a role model to new members of the team
- Completing quality preparation of all duties to clean, set up, handover shift to standard
- All interaction with guest is polite, personalized and efficient
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality is essential
- Genuine passion and Enthusiasm
- Be confident in a busy, high end environment
