Strand Palace is looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Waitress/Waiter to join the hotel restaurant team in the heart of central London.
Your salary: £11.95 per hour + service charge (plus paid overtime)

What you will be doing
- To meet, greet, and service all customers in a friendly manner, giving the highest level of customer care at all times
- To be aware of VIPs, Corporate and regular guest arrivals and to ensure requirements are anticipated and met
- Receive customer food and drink orders and ensure timely delivery
- Serve food and drinks orders to the required standard, using the appropriate cutlery and condiments
- Be knowledgeable of food dishes and drinks, offering suggestions and recommendations where necessary
- Demonstrate a knowledge of all hotel services/promotions, local attractions, and landmarks in the hotel vicinity in order to upsell and maximize Hotel revenue
