Job description
We are looking for waiters and waitresses to join our team, with both full and part-time vacancies available.
In this role you will be the face of our Grainger Restaurant, housed in the Hotel Indigo Newcastle. You will entertain our guests dining with us, from business lunches to special occasions. We want you to ensure a memorable experience for our guests.
We are open 7 days a week 365 days a year and need our team to work a varied range of shifts and days - this means we can offer great flexibility if required. We are busier generally during evenings and weekends but shift patterns and contracted hours can all be discussed at your interview.
Experience is preferred but is not essential, we are on the hunt for large personalities with a passion for great customer service and a willingness to learn new skills.

Skills and Experience
- Experience is preferable working in a customer facing environment
- Highly motivated and enthusiastic and a good team player. Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and be able to communicate and engage effectively at all levels
- Delivering fantastic customer service to both our hotel and public patrons
What we need from you
- Communication skills - our guests want to unwind in our bar and restaurant and we want you to anticipate their needs
- Your problem-solving skills will turn issues into opportunities, so every guest leaves with great memories
