What A Goal is looking for a part-time Server and full time to join our team!
We are looking for a team member to work in our Leicester location. The ideal candidate will be reliable, punctual, and able to provide excellent customer service. We are a “Team Player” and team players will be responsible for helping guests with any needs and providing prompt and courteous service to our other team members. We are open from 11am-close and servers must be able to work both shifts.
Duties include:
·Clean and sanitize tables and chairs.
·Assist with walk-in customers, take-out customers, and special events.
·Respond to guest complaints in a professional manner.
·Maintain a clean and sanitized dining area at all times.
·Perform other duties as assigned by manager or supervisor.
·Adhere to all health department regulations regarding sanitation, cleanliness, and safety.
·Follow all policies and procedures established by the restaurant management team.
·Adhere to all laws pertaining to the business as well as all surrounding laws.
·Adhere to all company policies and procedures including EEO guidelines.
Skills:
·Must be able to communicate effectively with guests and co-workers at all times.
·Must be able to work independently with little supervision when necessary.
·Have basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply etc.)and be able to perform basic calculations.
Job Types: Zero hours contract, Permanent, Part-time, Full-time
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week
Salary: £6.70-£12.00 per hour
