Front of House Job Description
Overview
The role of a front of house team member is to provide guests with a great experience and make our customers feel welcome and looked after whilst in our venue. You should be striving to challenge yourself at all times in order to provide exceptional service and be willing to go the extra mile to make our guests feel special. You should be looking to learn and develop key skills through listening to the guidance of your coworkers and management. Always ask questions, be keen to improve and be diligent in how you execute your tasks. Most importantly be yourself and have fun!

Supervisors, shift leaders and management.
Roles and Responsibilities
Below is a summary of duties involved in the position, it is to provide an overview and may not be exhaustive.
● Accurately taking orders and processing payments
● Serving customers with a welcoming attitude and getting to know your regular guests
● Working in a clean and efficient manner
● Listening to the guidance of your superiors and carrying out tasks as instructed
● Setting up and Closing to the sites specifications and completing checklists as required
● Feeding back any issues to managers to improve the workplace
● Product knowledge - learning food and drink menus in order to be able to answer questions.
● Licensing and Health & Safety compliance at all times.
● Reporting maintenance issues to management.
● Taking care of stock, recording wastage and issues immediately.
● Punctuality is key,all members of staff should be on time and ready to work at the time you are on the rota to start.
● Work as part of the larger team to make your pub the best it can be!
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 30-40 per week
Salary: £13.40-£15.00 per hour
