PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
- To deliver standards of service that exceed the customer expectation
- Promote a welcoming and inclusive team environment
- To resolve any issues in a positive and professional way
- To ensure the implementation of all company policies and procedures and to provide timely feedback to management on how the policies and procedures could evolve to ensure a continually improving customer experience
- Promote a welcoming and inclusive team environment
- To foster an environment of people development that promotes training and internal progression
- To attend training and team meetings as required
- To communicate company policies, brand guidelines, company procedures and standards to ensure that these are fully understood, implemented, and adhered to by all team members
- To undertake such other duties as may be reasonably requested by the company
- To ensure they complete their flow training within the set deadlines
