Job Description:
As a Waiter/Waitress, you will play a crucial role in providing an outstanding dining experience for our guests. Your responsibilities will include:
Greeting and welcoming customers upon their arrival.
Assisting customers with menu selections and providing recommendations, considering dietary preferences and restrictions.
Taking food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
Serving orders to tables promptly and ensuring all special requests are accommodated.
Providing excellent customer service and ensuring guests' needs are met throughout their dining experience.
Handling payment transactions and providing accurate change or processing card payments.
Assisting with setting up and clearing tables before and after service.
Maintaining a clean and organized work area, including polishing cutlery and glassware.
Collaborating with kitchen staff and bartenders to ensure seamless service.
Adhering to all health and safety regulations and maintaining food hygiene standards.
Assisting with front of house duties
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential. We welcome motivated individuals with a passion for customer service to apply.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Positive attitude and a strong commitment to delivering excellent service.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
