The Onboarding & Implementation Manager leads and mentors significant business areas within Warehouse & Logistics to improve Customer satisfaction, revenue growth, secure service and support, delivery and productivity of high quality W&L implementations.
The Implementation Manager will use established methodologies to promote projects& deals in a business excellence culture. Relationships need to be fostered with external customers as well as Internal Sales, Pre/Sales, Operations & IT.
What you will do:
- Lead the deployment of W&L based projects & deals
- Lead and maintain project & deal management across all accounts.
- Sustain focus within the function and identify/deploy Best Practices
- Responsible for understanding internal and external customer needs
- Provide input to and develop improvements in team quality and efficiency
- Design presentations to customers to ensure the design will meet the customer requirement
- Ensure documentation on handover to Operations/Production
- Sets and manages client expectations.
- Manages internal expectations
- Set pace of projects& deals and instils sense of urgency across the organisation
- Provide input on the WMS as well as set-up and appropriate config for all W&L deals.
- Access Point testing support Operations team as and when they have limited availability - (Co - ordinate resolution activities between Op's and Network team)
- Leed UAT Manhattan OOTB testing supporting Op's as and when required
- Manage and coordinate UAT testing scripts and report status to Paddy and team
- Support team with identifying and documenting configuration defects (plus defect retesting efforts)
- Support the Business & IT to develop "How to" and Training workflow material once
What you will bring to the role:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Familiarity with logistics operations, preferably with experience in using Manhattan scale system
- Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and manage time effectively
- Proficiency in using Google Sheets to organize data and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Experience in onboarding customers and ensuring a smooth integration process
- Strong project management skills to oversee logistics projects from start to finish
- Knowledge of logistics customers and industry trends is desirable
- Ability to communicate effectively with both sales and presales teams, as well as customers, to ensure successful outcomes in IRM integration.
