About the role:
This role is crucial to us meeting our safety, performance and customer service standards as you ensure that our trains are dispatched punctually and securely, whilst providing assistance and information to our customers in a courteous manner. Please be aware that long distances of walking are involved within this role up to 9 miles per day.
