About the role:
As VP Marketing at V7, you will lead a growing team of marketers with the goal of scaling us toward and beyond unicorn status. You are an expert in product-led growth and product marketing, and have previous experience managing large budgets and talented teams. You have a proven track record of being a doer and are continuously innovating on the marketing practices and tech stack at your company, to keep up with the ever changing state of SaaS marketing.
Our ideal candidate is a current Head, Director or VP Marketing from another high-growth SaaS company, who wishes to embark on their next big project.
Key functions of the role:
Lead a growing marketing team (currently 10), hiring talented marketers as V7 scales and reporting directly into our CEO
Lead and enable a product marketing function that generates new users for every signup
Enable best practices on product led growth, such as Reforge, and work directly on their implementation
Coach high-potential marketers into becoming exceptional and help them to achieve and surpass their KPIs
Report KPIs and success metrics to the CEO
Requirements:
Global Marketing leadership experience for another high-growth SaaS business
Previous experience of leading a Marketing team of at least 5
Previous experience scaling the Marketing org at a startup or scale-up during a period of hyper-growth
Previous experience with leading product-led marketing teams, remaining extremely data-driven in your approach
A keen curiosity about AI, its applications and its potential to benefit all aspects of our lives
