VP of Marketing (14 month -FTC)

- Salary of £110,000 - £120,000
- 28 days paid holiday plus bank holidays, and an additional 5 unpaid if want them ️
- Flexible working - most of us work from home, as one of the leadership team you would be expected in our Shoreditch office at least once per week. Dogs welcome.

In the past 2 years, we have grown rapidly in product capability, customer base, revenue, and employee size. The next few years promise more of the same, with plenty of growth opportunities for us and our teams!
About the VP of Marketing role:
This is a maternity cover role which will be a fixed- term contract for 14 months, for 4 days a week. Ideally, you will be available mid- November for ample handover time.
As our interim VP of Marketing, you will have the opportunity to lead the marketing team. This is currently made up of product marketing, demand generation and creative functions, as we ensure objectives, structure and individual contributions align with the company goals.
The VP of Marketing has dual responsibility for brand and performance marketing activity. This role is a key driver for revenue growth, with a focus on new business acquisition but also significant impact on customer expansion, and customer retention.
What we think you need to be successful
- Experience collaborating and strategizing with leadership team at a B2B SaaS organization
- Ability to define and evolve the marketing strategy and budget according to business performance and context
- Management experience of a growing team, including product marketing, demand generation and creative functions
- Management experience of external relationships, ie. industry analysts, PR, and partners
- Experience with events and other 'offline' activity
- Ability to drive our content strategy and promote importance of content across the business
