About the Job
We are in urgent need of Set Designer to support our upcoming event, the first ever Eurovision Watch Party. Leveraging the shortly approaching Eurovision Song Contest, community NGO WIILMA will launch its first Eurovision Watch Party at The Red Lion pub ballroom in Leytonstone on Saturday, 13 May 2023 starting from 4.30PM; to bring Ukrainian and the London community together through the power of song and dance.
We need Set Designers to set up the stage, layout and aesthetics of the entire venue. The goal is to ensure we have a practical yet aesthetically pleasing stage and venue layout for a flawless event.
Role Requirements
· Conceptualise and sketch design plans.
· Source required products and materials for design.
· Ensure installation of materials, furniture and other design elements are according to plan.
