This is a fantastic role to support the delivery of our VM strategy, through ownership and collation of all relevant information and product detail, which then will inform the seasonal strategy in conjunction with a set of clear principles. Working hands on to trial, test and learn, to ensure the VM guidance is both commercial and creative.
Please note this role is a fixed term contract until April 2024

What you'll do
- Working hands on to test learn and trial, across all key pillars of VM – layout & flow, product handling, use of kit and visual display, aiding to evolve, the defined VM principles across our Business Units.
- Working with Assistant VM Managers and other teams to collate information and format into templated documents, allowing efficient reference points for the wider VM team.
- Responsible for managing the top line Mock Shop process to support delivery of both Seasonal and BUD setups. Recording of all VM set ups, via clear photo packs and annotating to confirm key changes / focus areas.
- Support the formatting of seasonal planning documents to support Seasonal and BUD setups and supplies content to the VM Communications team for the creation of store guidance.
- Regularly complete competitive shops and competitor research packs to share with the wider team – both seasonally and with key category focuses.
- Always champions our customer, by relating everything back to the customer and how it engages / inspires / enables ease of shop. Ensure awareness of key market trends and competitor analysis
Who you are
- Previous experience in Visual Merchandising with a practical, hands on approach.
- Good level of creativity and ability to use initiative
- Good communication skills – written and verbal
- Positive approach to challenge
