Customer Service Representative (CSR) will make outbound calls to health insurance carriers to verify private health insurance information and update the client records in the system.
The CSR will also verify other health insurance by web verification.
Responsibilities:
- Perform outbound calls to other health insurance carriers to verify private health insurance information
- Collect policy information from health insurance carriers
- Verify clients’ insurance information
- Accurately enter insurance data into Third Party Liability (TPL) database
- Verify health insurance policy information via health insurance carrier’s web portal
- Maintain quality score of 98% or better
- Perform special research
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Observe professional standards of conduct, including attendance, professional behaviour, and dress code.
Basic Qualifications:
- Customer Service Experience
- Intermediate computer skills
