Casual Worker Contract | £ 1 0.78 per hour (Grade C) | Norwich

Do you have experience of working in a retail, leisure or heritage environment with excellent customer care skills, experience of operating sophisticated computer systems and also cash handling skills.

You will be qualified to a minimum of level 2 but higher qualifications are not essential for these roles. You will have experience of delivering excellent customer service in a public facing role. Museum experience is NOT required and there is no upper age limit .

Duties will include ticket sales, selling merchandise, reception duties, delivering guided tours of the Battlements & Dungeons, gallery invigilation and any other requirements of the role.

Working days are varied Monday – Sunday including regular weekend working, bank holidays and occasional evenings. Working patterns are available with this job pack, please state any preference of pattern (or patterns) with your application.
