Could you lead the day-to-day operations of one of the National Trust's most visited properties? What you'll be doing:In this role you'll lead our day-to-day operations to ensure that we provide a high standard of visitor experience across the Property. You'll plan ahead, ensuring that changes to procedures are implemented well, in collaboration with other teams.
As an innovator you'll constantly be looking for ways in which we can improve our visitor experience, ensuring that we maximise resources and demonstrate high standards.
As a member of our Property Leadership Team, you'll contribute to the future strategic direction of Anglesey Abbey and role model our values. You'll champion 'Everyone Welcome' and ensure that your team provide high quality presentation and customer service.
