Job description
The Charles Dickens Museum is the only surviving London residence of the great Victorian novelist and social commentator. It houses the world's most important collection of his writing and material related to his life.
We’re looking for some customer service superstars to come and join our dynamic team as Visitor Experience Assistants. You’ll make sure every visitor is treated to an unforgettable experience at the historic home of Charles Dickens, while maximising income for the museum.
This position is split between our shop and café, and involves selling tickets and merchandise, assisting with stock control, helping prepare for special events and serving a small range of drinks and light snacks.
Ideally we’re looking for someone who can start as soon as possible, but more than one position is available, so if you are interested in the role send us your application as soon as you can.
