Job description
We are looking for a positive, energetic person to join us in our Distillery Visitor Centre!
This Team Member’s duties include:
- Preparing and serving high quality beverages.
- Assisting customers in the understanding and service of our spirits.
- Any other reasonable management requirements.
We are looking for someone who is great at working independently, whilst also a team player. Staying calm and focused when busy is a must. Our Visitor Centre Team strive to ensure all customers receive a 5 stay experience on each visit. Willingness to learn and a committed, can-do attitude is a necessity.
Essential Criteria
- Experience in a cafe-style hospitality setting
- High levels of customer service
- Good timekeeping
- Experience in a customer facing role
- Willingness to support all areas of the business
Desirable Criteria
- Barista experience – additional training offered
- Retail experience – training will be offered
Additional attributes
- Enthusiastic customer service

Hours of work
Our Visitor Centres core hours are 8:30 – 16:30 Monday – Sunday. However, on occasion we will have event weeks and evenings. During this period, Visitor Centre staff are required to work. Weekly, this role will average 40hrs, with 2 full days per week off.

Salary: £24,960.00 per year
