We currently have various vacancies across our teams and sites on different working patterns.
Based at Bristol Museum and Art Gallery and M Shed. Permanent, Part Time working 21.75 hours on a rota 9:30-17:15 (either Tuesday/Wednesday or Thursday/Friday and alternate Saturday/Sunday) x8
Based at historic houses (Blaise Museum, Georgian House Museum and Red Lodge Museum) working annualised contracts working 6 hours per day 10:15-16:15 4 days a week (Sat-Tue at Georgian house and red lodge and Thu-Sun at Blaise) 1st April until 31st December and do not work 1st January till 31st March but are paid 18 hours all year round x3
We are looking for individuals who will deliver an outstanding service by providing an efficient visitor service and welcome, who will engage, inform and inspire visitors whilst at all times remaining security conscious and vigilant and assisting with the day-to–day operation.
You will be part of a team of Visitor Assistants and supported and managed by a Front of House Team Leader.
Our roles include working across all our sites Bristol Museum and Art Gallery, M Shed Museum, Blaise Castle House Museum, The Georgian House Museum and the Red Lodge Museum as required.
The role may include manual tasks and you will be expected to undertake relevant training to support your role. Training may take place outside of contracted hours, all training is paid
