Job description

Whitakers Garden Centre are currently seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Retail Assist to join our team at our garden centre. As a Retail Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and assisting customers with their gardening needs.

Pay: £10.42 per hour

Hours: 10:00 - 17:00 Thursday & Friday 10:00 - 16:00 Sunday

Location: Prescot, Liverpool (L34)

Main Duties:

• Greeting customers and providing them with information on our products and services
• Assisting customer with their purchases and helping them find what they are looking for
• Maintain a tidy and well-organised store environment
• Handling cash and card transactions
• Contributing to the overall success of the store by achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a retail environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational and time management skills

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week
