As a Brodsworth Hall Visitor Assistant, you will join an amazing team of employees and volunteers, making sure visitors have a great time from the moment they arrive until they say goodbye. This is a varied role and some days will be busy from start to finish, whereas others may be quieter especially on the wetter days! No two days are the same.
Brodsworth Hall and Gardens welcomes over 100,000 visitors a year and has a very loyal following amongst our visitors. We host a full program of events including Classic Cars and on summer Sunday afternoons we host the best of Yorkshire's brass bands. The Victorian Country House reflects changes in wealth and circumstance over time and the gardens have been restored to their original splendor.
As a Visitor Assistant you will be welcoming our visitors, processing their admissions and informing them of membership offers. You will also be cleaning the site facilities and helping our visitors with any needs they have during their visit or on the telephone.

We are looking for people who enjoy working with others as part of a team to deliver an engaging visitor experience to a diverse audience. Training and support will be provided as part of your induction to the role, but some paid or voluntary experience working with the public may be beneficial.
