Technical Support Analyst
Belfast
£25,000-£30,000 DOE
Inclusion IQ is currently seeking to appoint a Technical Support Analyst to join their client as they continue to grow the operations across NI, ROI, and GB.
This is a vital role within the business and requires the successful applicant to be the first point of contact for one of their largest clients.
As this is a small team, you will be responsible for the representation of the company and ensuring that the client receives the highest standard of professional care.
The Role
As part of the Technical Support team, you will be tasked with providing first-line technical support, ticket logging, and ticket resolution support to their key client account. This is a busy client with over 250,000 users therefore organisation and the ability to work under pressure is key.
You will be responsible for undertaking the following day-to-day duties:
- First point of contact for customers (telephone and email)
- Logging incidents and service requests from customers and processing these accordingly
- Provide excellent customer service and where possible one call resolve
- Escalation of technical issues where necessary
- Ensure customers are kept updated on the progress of tickets through calls and emails
- Due to the nature of the client account, it is imperative that you follow GDPR at all times
- Identify areas to improve in the environment and identify incident trends for attention
The Person
To be considered for this position, applicants MUST be in a position to demonstrate the following experiences:
- Minimum 12 months experience of working in a service desk environment
- Excellent customer service and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Excellent organizational skills
- A logical thinker and problem solver
- Professional and polished communicator
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good knowledge of desktop applications including MS Office
