Group Telephonist (Full Time)
Due to continual growth we are looking to recruit for a Group Telephonist. This is a full-time position based at Cardiff Audi, working 42.5 hours a week over a 7 day shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays in accordance with the current rota.
Key responsibilities
- To deliver an exceptional customer experience at every opportunity
- To manage all telephone enquiries on behalf of all areas of the business
- Manage any necessary liaison with department manager(s) regarding customer feedback
- Understand and adhere to the brands and group requirements
Person Specification
- Ideally have previous experience in customer service role.
- Have worked in a prestige environment
- Have excellent interpersonal / customer skills
- Have excellent communication skills
- Be passionate about delivering an exception customer experience
- Be organised and have good attention to detail
The successful candidate will have the ability to work on their own initiative and have an outgoing and personable telephone manner. They will also need to be flexible with their hours worked.
