We are recruiting a Sales & Commercial Co-ordinator to join our Internal Sales team at our manufacturing site in Manvers, Rotherham. This is an exciting opportunity to join Cepac to contribute and support our ongoing success.
The main purpose of the role is to provide a first-class service to our customers. The successful candidate will be working full-time, Monday to Friday and will:
- Deal with customer enquiries, by telephone and email, including placing orders, checking the details on our systems, and rescheduling if required.
- Supporting our external sales team, you will also assist with preparing costs, quotations, and collating specifications.
- Liaising with our internal colleagues and our customers for their deliveries.
- Monitoring our warehouse stocks for efficiencies and ensuring aging stock is minimised, calculating customer price movements i.e., PPI/Indexed contracts and our third-party processes for systems accuracy.
- Assisting to maximise sales through our commercial applications, using the Quest/CRM/ESP and our bespoke systems and, maximising our plant efficiencies by helping us to reduce our costs.
- Running scheduled reports to ensure accurate controls are in place and dealing with general administration within the team.
The successful candidate must have:
- Proven experience, working in a customer services or sales related role
- An ability to multi-task whilst remaining organised and efficient
- Good numeracy skills
- Excellent eye for detail
- High level of initiative and self-motivation
- Strong communications skills both written and verbal
- Experience of using Microsoft Office Suite i.e., Word, Excel, and Outlook
