Job Description: Virtual Receptionist
Duties:
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate client
- Answer phone calls and take detailed messages
- Schedule appointments and manage clients calendars
- Assist with clerical tasks
- Utilize Google Suite applications for email, document creation, and collaboration
- Provide general administrative support
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role preferred
- Proficient in data entry and clerical tasks
- Knowledge of Google Suite applications (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets) is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
