Job description
Available Job Today Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain executive team's calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments across different time zones
- Coordinate and arrange virtual meetings and events, including webinars and video conferences
- Act as a gatekeeper for the executive team's inbox, managing correspondence and responding to emails on behalf of the executives
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Conduct research and compile data for various projects and reports
- Provide support for the executive team's personal and professional needs as required
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and virtual meeting platforms such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
