Skills Training Group are an award-winning training provider with centres based in Paisley & Dalgety Bay, Fife. We deliver a range of technical courses aimed at gas engineers, electricians and plumbers, as well as short courses such as First Aid and Health & Safety training.
Role is based in our Paisley Headquarters.
Due to continued success we are recruiting a new member to join our highly skilled customer service team. The successful applicant will form part of a highly motivated and fast paced Team planning and arranging training for both local and National clients to an excellent standard.
Activities will include preparing assessment/training paperwork, ensuring classrooms are fully prepared, securing new business, logging clients onto our systems, responding to incoming enquiries and outbound activities. Attention to detail and a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service i.e. verbally, written and face to face communications is key to this role. Taking payment transactions, course bookings and training area preparation will be amongst some of the varied activities required.
Previous experience with Salesforce whilst not essential would be an advantage.
Excellent timekeeper.
Must be a Team player.

Salary: From £21,000.00 per year
