Christine Santos LLC is currently hiring for remote, 1099, virtual teachers who have at least 5 years experience teaching VIRTUALLY as well as a valid teaching certification. You must also reside in the United States, be a new applicant and new to teaching on Outschool. Anyone who has previously applied or taught on Outschool will not be considered. Candidates must: live in the United States have a certification in the area you are looking to teach have extensive knowledge and experience in teaching virtually be able to write their own curriculum and lesson plans (there is no extra pay for this - it is included in the hourly rate of $20/hour) have experience educating children 3-18 years old be well versed in teaching 1-4 students as well as small groups have not taught on Outschool before The hiring process is rigorous: One Way Interview Group Information Meeting Mock lesson (either pre-recorded or live depending on your preference) Contract and Polices and Procedures signing 1:1 Meeting Background Check Training Modules (14 minutes long) 1:1 Meeting after all onboarding is complete Classes go live You must be able to commit to the school year. As a 1099, you will be able to create your own schedule. We are a global network so any timezone zone can work. There is no marketing necessary for this opportunity. In addition, there is no guarantee that all of your classes will run or run consistently, but, we do our best to fill the seats. We have very good stats in regards to enrollment as we have been an established provider since 2019. However, it is still a marketplace so there can be no guarantees. This position is for someone looking for additional income and is not relying on this as their full-time income. This job is hosted on Outschool. You do not need to be familiar with this platform, all information will be provided in our group information session. The link and date will be given if you are asked to move onto the next phase of hiring. There is also a mandatory background check. This 1099 opportunity pays a firm rate of $20/hour. Lesson planning, required feedback on all assignments are included in this $20/hour.
