VIRTUAL ASSISTANT AND RECRUITER
Our client is looking for an experienced VA/Recruiter/Resourcer to support their growing business.
You will be focused on engaging top talent for a range of opportunities throughout the UK and Europe. They are looking for individuals with a creative approach to sourcing talent as well as a demonstrable track record operating successfully in the professional services space. You will need to demonstrate a proven track record in achieving billing targets with the ability to hit the ground running and make your mark from day one.
To be considered for this position you must have the following skills:
- Able to converse at all levels with passion for recruiting
- A creative and proactive approach to building talent pools, as well as pipelining
- Proven experience of creating and implementing sourcing plans that address both business needs and talent availability
- Strong attention to detail, maintaining data accuracy and integrity of internal systems regarding candidate data
- Experienced in recruiting IT/Technical, Accountancy & Finance or Healthcare professional, either Temps, contract or Perm
