Virtual Assistant for Facebook Ad Management Service
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Virtual Assistant to support our Facebook Ad Management Service at Hyped Agency. The Virtual Assistant will be responsible for the onboarding process for new clients e.g. gaining access to their Facebook page, Business manager and Ad account. The ideal candidate should have basic advertising experience and be able to use Mac devices. This is an office based position and you will be required to work from our office in Whitstable, Clover House. Must have excellent communication skills as this role will involve taking onboarding calls over the phone.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the onboarding process for new clients, including setting up ad accounts, meta business manager accounts and Facebook pages.
- Collaborate with other team members in the sales & paid social team.
Requirements:
- Basic advertising experience
- Must have excellent communication skills as this role will involve taking onboarding calls over the phone.
- Experience with Facebook Ads Manager
- Proficiency in using Mac devices
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
