Basic Scope & Primary Objectives

We are seeking a freelance/part-time virtual assistant to support our events marketing and content teams in keeping our various event websites up to date with content, speakers and sessions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Uploading speaker profiles (photos and bios) to the event websites via our CMS (CMS training provided)
  • Adding and updating agenda sessions on the event websites via our CMS
  • Updating our speaker profile database and project plans
  • Creating and updating our event listings online
  • Supporting the wider events marketing team with ad hoc admin duties as and when needed

Experience and Skills Required

  • Ability to work to agreed deadlines, working well under pressure
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills in order to manage and prioritise workload
  • Excellent verbal and written skills, including spelling, grammar and proofreading, with a keen eye for detail
  • MS Office essential – Word and Excel
  • Photo editing basics – cropping, resizing
