VIP IT Support – London Based – Up to £35,000

Skills and Experience:
- Excellent working knowledge of Apple and Android mobile devices
- Experience with Microsoft Exchange and Office 365
- Experience with in-home entertainment facilities such as Sky TV / Apple TV / smart TVs / gaming consoles
- Experience working with and maintaining Wi-Fi networks
- Experience with providing support over the phone, in person or via remote access.
- Experience communicating technical issues in a clear and understandable manner.
Responsibilities:
Within this position you will work alongside the IT department and offer additional support to their needs with a primary agenda however being the support of a VIP, their family and staff.
This support will extend to both their professional and private lives, to that end there is an expectation that this person should be available outside of traditional office hours on occasion. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual to undertake a truly unique position with no two days being the same.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
