Job description
We have a great opportunity to join our clients dedicated team as a vineyard worker with the potential to become full time - to assist with new and established vineyards in Althorne, nr Burnham - on Crouch CM3 6DS. The role is suitable for both experienced workers or somebody looking for something new. Training is provided on the job.
Our client has a vision to bring the finest English and Provençal wines to the UK market. They have a long history of producing award-winning Provence Rosé and English Sparkling Wines, with an extensive infrastructure, both in France and the UK. They will be the largest producer of wine in each of these regions by 2024, with a combined production of over 5 million bottles annually.
You will be responsible for…
· All handwork in the vineyard including, Pruning, Tying down, Weeding and Harvest.
Requirements
· Good communication skills (written and verbal) in English
· Ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks within identified time frames
· Ability to handle practical outdoor, manual work of all types in all types of weather
· Quick learner
Holiday pay accrued
£10.42 per hour
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From £10.42 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
