Job description
Perendale Publishers Ltd is seeking to appoint a skilled social media journalist to co-ordinate its print and digital magazine content with existing and potential readers via digital media.
The position is office based in the centre of Cheltenham, Gloucestershire. The successful applicant should have two years-plus experience working in social media communications and be able to demonstrate their knowledge. The candidate should have good English and writing skills and be able to proofread written content prior to publication.
Tasks included for each of Perendale’s three titles:
generating content from materials received
the daily production of blogs for each title
the production of weekly e-Newsletters for each magazine
working with video and audio files
Upload magazine content to their respective websites
Monitoring and reporting on analytics to the managing editor is also required.
