We are experiencing massive growth at the moment and are looking for experienced warehouse pickers to join our NIGHT team! We run a 24/7 operation and our Night Warehouse Operatives are vital to ensuring our deliveries are ready to be sent out to our customers!

For the period between now and when we are fully operational out of Dartford you will be required to work out of Tonbridge but to help make that work, depending on your location we are offering free transport between the sites.

Key details about the role
Hours: 42.5 hours a week, between 10pm - 6.30am - including some weekends.
Location: Tonbridge/Dartford
Salary: Competitive, up to £28,662pa
The role and what we’re looking for
This is a physically demanding role, where teamwork and communication are vital. You will be responsible for picking the orders, and loading onto the vans & lorries, ready for dispatch. Accuracy and efficiency are key, to ensure the smooth operation of our business and to provide the best possible service to our customers. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Picking and preparing fruit, veg and dairy products efficiently
- Chiller and freezer picking and loading within our busy warehouse
- Quality checking products and maintaining consistency, recording any damages appropriately
- Storing products/orders methodically –easily accessible, ready for a timely dispatch
- Communicating any product shorts or substitutes accurately
- Adhering to workplace Health & Safety policies and procedures
- Moving stock around, stacking shelves, and general warehouse duties
Role requirements
This is a fast-paced role, working in a high-pressured environment, therefore experience working in a warehouse and chilled/frozen environments is desired, but not essential as full training will be provided.

- Excellent communication and listening skills, to liaise with team/management
- Great team player who works hard, to ensure we hit targets and achieve results
