Job description
The making of vienoisserie is an art as it requires attention to detail and great care. Our vienoisserie is one of the most important products we make as it is the mark upon which we place our abilities as bakers.
We have a team of such artists and currently have a vacancy for an assistant to join that team. You will have had experience in working with dough, baking and finishing in preparation for dispatch. We are looking for a focused purposeful individual who wants to be part of a team, improve their skills and share in the success of our viennoiserie.
You will be working in our afternoon team and be responsible for the finishing, baking and decorating of our products.

Salary: £26,000.00 per year
