Recruit4staff is proud to be representing their client, a leading Building Services Company in their search for a Fire & Security Engineer to work in a mobile role based from the East Midlands area

For the successful Fire & Security Engineer our client is offering:

  • Salary: £33,000 - £34,000 (Depending on experience)
  • 37.5 hours per week guaranteed
  • Company Vehicle, Fuel Card, company phone
  • Paid Travel Time door to door
  • Overtime paid at x1.5
  • 24 Days holiday + Bank Holidays
  • Call out Standby Rota - £10.00 per day
  • Standby allowance of £70 per week
  • Company Pension

  • Lodge Cards (Premier Inn & Travelodge)

The role - Fire & Security Engineer

  • Mobile role covering commercial & industrial contracts nationwide
  • Primarily focusing on installation works in commercial & industrial client sites
  • Completing 1st & 2nd fixes
  • Commission and handover of fire alarm, access controls, CCTV, and intruder alarm systems
  • Completing related paperwork
  • covering some service & maintenance work
What we are looking for in a Fire & Security Engineer
  • Previous experience in a Fire & Security Engineer
  • Technical background in the electrical / electronic industry would be beneficial
  • Experienced with installation of fire & security systems
  • Have excellent knowledge of fire & security systems
  • Experience of front-line customer service will be preferential
  • A full Driving Licence ESSENTIAL
