Salary: £11,000 per year
Hours: 15 hours per week. Hours will change from week-to-week depending on the availability of the venues.

What you will be doing
We are seeking a part-time videographer/photographer to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating visually stunning content, and have experience in videography, photography and editing.
The videographer will be required to visit the activity providers that we work with across Birmingham and take videos and photos which can be used on our social media, on our website, in Youtube videos and more. This could include, for example, going to a rock climbing centre or a football match and getting photos and video. From this, you will need to edit the videos or treat the images in line with our brand guidelines.
You will need to coordinate your visits, which may include communicating with the venues, our subscribers (who would act as ‘models’ during the shoots) and arranging transport as and when required.
In addition to this, you will working alongside freelance videographers in the other regions that we operate in (London, Manchester and Liverpool). As an employee of the company (as opposed to a freelance like those in the other regions), you will take responsibility for this area of the business and will need to manage the freelancers to make sure that they are delivering their content to the agreed schedule and to the right standard. With this in mind, we would anticipate that the successful candidate would have a level of coordination skills (and management experience - although this is not required).
This is a part-time position with flexible hours. If you are a creative and passionate videographer/photographer looking to grow your skills and work with a dynamic team, we would love to hear from you!

The Videographer/Photographer should have:
