Job description
We are looking for a talented videographer to support our team of creatives in producing and editing video content for social media channels such as TikTok and Instagram.
This role is ideal for a hard-working, creative and self-motivated individual. High standards, a passion for video, understanding of product and a desire to create the best quality content is essential.
Alongside supporting on client briefs the role will significantly support our in-house marketing team to shoot and edit our own content. This will be things such as behind the scenes content, creating showreels and promo videos. This content needs imagination and creativity along with a good eye for typography, transitions and music placement.
Key Responsibilities:
⁃ To shoot models, lifestyle and product based imagery and flat-lays at volume for our clients.
- Producing and editing in-house video content.
- Filming and editing videos for our marketing team.
- Working within a team to create video content for a range of customer facing and internal marketing channels; for example, web, email and social media.
⁃ To consistently produce high quality and on-brand imagery, taking ownership and responsibility for the quality of your output.
- Editing and formatting video content created by yourself and others to ensure that all video content is not only engaging, but on brand and compatible with all the required marketing channels.
- Set up and style images, props, and lighting.
⁃ To maintain a consistent and organised work-flow, meet daily booked tasks and KPIs, aiming to exceed targets and deadlines.
⁃ To prepare your working set, checking that all equipment is fully functional and correctly maintained.
⁃ Image selection, naming, cropping and processing of all images shot, maintaining file size and any relevant specifications.
⁃ To take an active interest in product knowledge & trade information.
Knowledge & Experience:
⁃ A keen creative eye, with a high level of attention to detail and a desire to constantly be improving your skillset.
- Filming, editing and sound recording skills are essential.
- Editing is key, being able to create nice transitions and a play on typography within videos is important.
⁃ To be able to work well under pressure and have a flexible attitude.
⁃ To be able to adapt from volume product shots to creative briefs with ease. Committed to achieving the best quality imagery at all times.
⁃ Good organisational and communication skills - role requires interaction with colleagues across the company to collaborate on projects.
Key Requirements
- A good understanding of digital videography and photography, composition, colour quality, and aesthetics.
- Adobe experience.
- Previous experience of producing, shooting and editing digital video content.
- Degree educated in Video (Preferred).
