LIMITLESS is looking for a creative, highly-skilled, passionate, action-oriented person to take a lead on all aspects of Limitless media.

The roleof the Limitless Videographer and Media Manager is as follows:

1. Limitless is a Christian ministry, and therefore the first and most important specification on this job description is for any applicant to having a living and vibrant personal relationship with Jesus, to be spending time with him daily and setting an example for other to follow in their character and spiritual vitality.

2. To take a lead on all of the media that comes out through Limitless – including running all of our social media channels, video (shooting and editing), graphic design, email design and others as directed.

3. To be filming, editing and promoting video content that can be distributed through various mediums and channels.

4. To be finding new and creative ways to be interacting with young people and youth leaders alike, through media and video.

Main duties and responsibilities:

MEDIA MANAGER:

· Manage and oversee the media for all of Limitless’ social media channels.

· Overseeing / replying to all direct messages and comments on our social media channels.

· Upload videos to YouTube and build the audience we engage with on YouTube.

· Planning, implementing and managing social media strategy.

· To recruit and lead a team of media volunteers who can share the work and have varied skill sets.

· Oversee the filming and delivery of LIMITLESS TV content on our channels. Promoting these series so that they can reach as far as possible.

· Looking at all aspects of media and bringing plans and strategy as to how Limitless can more creatively interact with the young people and leaders that we work with.

· Promoting all of the works of Limitless (including Limitless Festival, Limitless Pioneers and all of our events and training throughout a year).

· Involvement in all national Limitless events (Limitless Leaders, Limitless One, Limitless Festival, Limitless Oxygen) sharing the stories of what has been happening through these events.

VIDEOGRAPHY:

· Film videos on set or on location.

· Ensure that equipment for a shoot is present and working.

· Plan the shoot with the relevant team members

· Edit footage in post-production.

· Seek feedback and change any necessary edits in order that everyone is pleased with the end product.

DESIGN:

· Composition of design assets for social media output

· Design work on events programmes and promotional materials

· Design of printed materials including flyers and event signage

Assumes additional responsibilities as assigned.

Essential Skills:

  • Ability to use Adobe Suite or equivalent design suite such as Affinity Photo, Design and Publisher.
  • Proficient in using the following software (or similar software with equivalent functions): Final Cut Pro, Premier Pro or Da Vinci Resolve, Facebook Creator Studio & Meta Business Suite.
  • Proficient in basic camera recording functions.
  • Ability to setup a range of camera, microphone, and lighting equipment
  • Ability to record audio into camera equipment or an external source.
  • Proficient with utilising Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok and Buffer (or similar scheduling software).
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Be very well organised, efficient, and able to keep track of multiple events projects.
  • The ability to plan ahead, manage pressure and conflicting demands and prioritise tasks and workload.
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
  • Be motivated and focused.
  • Ability to work both on your own and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Ability to think ahead and personally initiate appropriate activity.
  • Ability to prioritise key tasks and manage time effectively in order to meet deadlines.

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

The Limitless Media Manager will report directly to the Limitless National Director.

You will be required to attend all Limitless events in our Limitless Year (Limitless Leaders, Limitless One, Limitless Festival, Limitless Oxygen) as part of the events media team. Participating in the Limitless Festival team will result in working additional voluntary hours alongside the other volunteers.

This role can be fulfilled remotely, though you will be required to be in the office for staff team days once a month, usually on the first Monday.

We are flexible with when working hours are fulfilled, but any candidate must be available to work weekly on Mondays.

Any successful application will be subject to a DBS check.

A valid UK Driving License is necessary for the fulfilment of this role.

An Occupational Requirement exists for the post-holder to be a Christian who assents to the Elim basis of faith in accordance with the Equality Act 2010.
